Signal Integrity Analysis
In the context of PCB design, signal integrity analysis (SI) is a set of techniques that ensure a PCB, or system of PCBs, will perform electrically. Providing this level of verification prior to manufacture is a key requirement for many of our customers. To meet these demands we have embedded signal integrity tools into our design flow and employ staff purely to concentrate on electrical issues. Used correctly, signal integrity analysis can save the customer a significant amount of time and money.
Manufacturing and Assembly
We can include bare-board fabrication and assembly as part of your package, enabling you to place one order for design, manufacture and assembly. As we work closely with fabricators and CEMs, we can easily select the most appropriate suppliers for a particular design and retain control of the entire process. This can be particularly attractive to customers implementing new manufacturing or assembly technologies as we can control the whole process from design through to assembly.
Schematic Capture
Where customers need support generating designs we can provide schematic capture using either Allegro Design Entry HDL XL (formally 610 / Concept HDL Expert) or via Cadence OrCAD Capture CIS. Both of these tools allow a high level of constraint support, vital for the successful design of high-speed circuit boards.

Non-Cadence
Tool Flows
Although our focus is the Cadence design flow, we have the ability to import netlists from virtually any schematic design tool; and can even import Mentor Graphics' PADS and Board Station layouts directly into our standard tool flow.
On-Site Design Team
As designs become more complex and constraint driven, we recognise that some customers wish to have our services available to them at their own site. Despite our extensive use of online meeting services, there are occasions when nothing can beat being on-site. For this purpose we can provide staff and hardware for a fixed period or on an hourly basis. Our on-site design service extends to both PCB layout and signal integrity analysis.
